Before I reached out to Chris i was doing everything on my own. I didn’t know what exercises to do and what foods to eat. I was confused and frustrated . We help our clients get in shape by having them lift weights 3-5 days per week and following a flexible nutrition plan that puts them in a calorie deficit, causing them to lose weight!

There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. If you follow our program and stay consistent you will lose weight and achieve your dream body!

What we love most is the confidence and healthier lifestyle that our clients are living once they've achieved their weight loss goals!

I struggled in my fitness journey, not knowing what to eat and what exercises to do. I became confused listening to everyone telling me "The right way to do it" I was unhappy with my body and knew that I needed to make a change or I was never going to achieve the look that I wanted.

This is a question for the clients to answer because they have to feel comfortable with us and think that we are genuinely here to help and not just take your money.

Our program is unique because we work with you 1:1 so you get the attention you deserve to achieve your fitness goals.

We ONLY work with our clients online or remotely, nothing in person. Also, we specialize in weight loss specifically for moms and dads but are open to working with anyone who's serious about their health.

Since our services are only online or remote and not in person there is no need to make changes.

We do promote guidelines to keep everyone safe and decrease the risk of receiving Covid-19
