What inspired you to start your own business?

There wasn't a personal training program that I was finding that helped people build goals specific to their needs an goals, that was build on building people confidence and not beating them up or judging them for who they are. I wanted a build a business that gave people a place to feel safe, confident and comfortable to come to.

Clients should not choose us if you want a crossfit experience, if you want to be yelled at. We aren't the place for you. If you want to have a positive experience, feel comfortable and accepted at the level you are at. We are the place to be at.
