How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Complete dedication to the program. I give 110% when developing a custom plan for each client. My only expectation is that they give me 110% in return. This means showing up to session appointments, adhering to any "homework" (ex. walking 1 mil 3x per week on own time), and embracing healthy eating habits prescribed by a licensed nutritionist.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret formula. Trusting the process, showing up, taking progress photos, regular body scans, eating a balanced diet, and limiting excess sugar and alcohol intake is what it takes. While it isn't an easy pursuit, I streamline things as much as possible to ensure your success.

What do you love most about your job?

In the last two years, I've seen physical, mental, and emotional, transformations in over 350 dedicated individuals. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone have a "breakthrough moment," whether that's from hitting a new personal record, or simply understanding the proper movement mechanics of an exercise that has always plagued them for the very first time. I've prepped people for their wedding days and important vacations. I've helped people recover from frustrating injuries. Seeing YOU succeed reinvigorates me and is why I do what I do.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've worked in group fitness for over a year. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to lead 24 dedicated individuals through a 45-day transformation challenge, where members had 24/7 access to me by text and group chat and I got to involve myself in their personal growth. Getting to know each member on a deeper, more personal level helped me be the best motivator, the best coach on the floor, and the best friend outside the gym. I wanted to replicate this sense of community and direct access on an ongoing basis, giving even more undivided attention to those who need that extra boost.
