How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First I start with small steps. Most clients want to jump on the ball and start losing weight “quickly”. I teach my clients consistency and patience.
Once these first steps are met then I start teaching accountability and balance.
I believe and make it goal to my clients that fitness is about living with a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

There’s no secret. Putting in the work and consistency.

What I love most is to see my clients achieve their fitness goals and building lifelong relationships.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working for a corporate for 4 years. During the pandemic gyms closed and a lot of us trainers had to figure out how to survive without a gym. I built a solid clientele during the pandemic and when gyms opened back up in March, I didn’t want to go back. I realized this was my opportunity to spread my wings and grow (cliche I know haha) but it was the best decision I ever made! :)

Each session you have with me I’ll make sure you’re leaving feeling more confident and stronger. Also my training is fun because I’ll incorporate weight training with an emphasis of yoga.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All gyms I train my clients have sanitary stations and wear masks.
