I get a genuine buzz and great feeling when I see people enjoy their coffee machine for the first time. Every time - new machine = a queue of staff waiting to try their first brew from it. There is a general buzz, some grateful thanks and the best bit of all is the comments on the quality of the drinks.
For me, there is nothing better than this feeling. The genuine positive atmosphere, and the genuine happiness of the people enjoying their new equipment.

I've always wanted my own business. I was previously in a very responsible role in a large business, and I loved being responsible for staff and the business. But I also wanted something that I could be passionate about - and that was obviously coffee!

I care about what I do, and I love making customers happy. We aren't here to make a quick few pennies from you - but instead are here to help. Last week, we had a phone call at 4 0 clock on a Friday afternon. Their coffee machine had broken down and the company they had bought it from wouldn't be able to see them until Monday. Within an hour and a half we had a replacement machine in there.
A few weeks ago, our courier lost a consignment of coffee and chocolate going to a warehouse vending customer. We only found this out on the Saturday, at which point I made the 4 hour round trip to personally deliver some replacement coffee (with a pack of biscuits to apologise for the hassle!) so that the staff could keep enjoying their coffee.
And finally, the fact that since we started trading over 80% of our new business has come from referrals tells me we have a lot of happy customers!
