What inspired me to start my own business was with help of my grandmother, it started by working for my nan at a young age and making a decision then that I wanted to be involved with tree and garden work, as the years went on my nan gave me to confidents to start my own company, the first year was okay and after that we have never look back.

Should I remove a tree close to my house?
Large trees can cause problems if they grow too close to a house or building. Ideally, a large tree should stand at least 20 feet away from a building. If a tree is growing too close to a building, it can cause dampness within the walls and the roots may damage foundations, compromising the structural integrity of the house. Trees which stand close to a building may need to be removed so it’s best to consult a tree surgeon to find out your options.
What time of year is best to cut down a tree?
You can choose to remove a tree at any time of year, but if you want to limit the impact on wildlife, it’s best to cut down or remove your tree in winter when wildlife is less active. You may also find that tree removal is cheapest in the winter as demand for tree removal is lower at this time of year.
How do you know if a tree needs to be cut down?
Many people choose to remove trees simply because they want extra space in their garden or the tree doesn’t fit with their garden theme. However, there are a few other instances where it may be advised to remove a tree from your property. This includes if the tree has an illness or a fungus growth, if the tree is infested with pests, or if the tree is causing problems by growing too close to your property.
