We hold £2m Professional Indemnity Insurance Our directors are Chartered Engineers and have over 20 years experience. o give you an idea on our fees, we have some fixed rates for "standard designs" are as follows: (standard design = permitted developments) Typical loft conversion - £650 Typical two-storey side extension - £650 Typical single side & rear extension - £650 Typical single-story extension - £600 Typical load-bearing wall removal - £350 Removal of wall between Kitchen and living room - £350 Chimney breast support calculation - £350 Thames Water "build over license " specification & drawings - £350 Inspection to see if a wall is a load-bearing will incur only the site visit charge and you will be provided with written correspondence confirming findings. Site inspection/dimension survey visit - £155 each
