Our staff are all fully trained to a City & Guilds Qualification. I am qualified in Animal Management level 4 Diploma. we are all first aid trained. Full Groom consists of a consultation with the client and a health check.

How often does my dog need to be groomed?
How often your dog needs to be groomed will depend on the breed of dog and the length of its hair. On average, a dog should be groomed around once a month. However, dogs with longer coats will need grooming more regularly whilst dogs with shorter coats may not need grooming as often. It’s important to groom a young dog or puppy regularly so that they become used to being groomed and to avoid future problems.

Although many pet groomers have a set location that they operate from, there are also many mobile pet groomers. These groomers operate from a van which is equipped with all of the equipment required for grooming. They will park outside your home and groom your pet within the van.
How long does it take to groom a dog?
How long it takes to groom a dog will depend on the breed of the dog and the length of its hair. On average, it takes around 2 hours to fully groom a dog. However, for dogs with long, thick hair, it could take significantly longer, whilst for dogs with short hair it may be faster.
