Ruby is the older one, and she is definitely suffering the signs of old age...but I am confident that at the Pet Spa she will be totally looked after and come out looking (and feeling) like a million dollars. We asked Chloe to walk our dogs, both have different needs. 1 a working Belgian Malinois, the other a Chihuahua who is a potato. Chloe took each 1 out for a hour and they absolutely loved being around her, due to the nature of the BM, explained to Chloe the commands and she didn't have any issues with either dog while out and they loved being around Chloe. Chloe is absolutely dog mad, friendly, polite & professional and we will definitely be using Fetch & Groom from now on. If she walked children I would trust her to take my 3yr old out. 5* service

On his first appointment our dog Louie was a little nervous at first but quickly settled in with Laura - she was very confident in handling him and had a calming influence while doing so.When we collected him an hour or so later Louie had been beautifully hand-stripped, bathed, ears done & nails clipped - he looked absolutely handsome! And more importantly he was sooo happy and gave Laura lots of doggy kisses!I found Laura to be very warm and likeable as well as knowledgeable in dog related issues - which is why we continue to take Louie for his regular spruce-up.

Claire had a tough job on her hands. The two dogs we asked her to clip had had their coats sadly neglected and were very apprehensive about the whole process.
Claire was sympathetic to the dogs needs, getting as much done as she could whilst giving both dogs plenty of breaks.
It took two visits to get the neglected coats down to an acceptable length but Claire stuck with it.
I would use her again, especially for nervous or elderly dogs. Thanks for all your help and support Claire.
