What do you love most about your job?

Providing people with the security of feeling safe in their homes.
I have seen many locks that were not fit for purpose,
ie lock sticking out of the door too much, leaving the owners vulnerable and they hadn’t even realised.

What inspired you to start your own business?

A neighbour of mine needed an emergency Locksmith due to a domestic situation but couldn’t find a female Locksmith in the area which she would of preferred. Also some of my elderly neighbours have said that they would prefer a female Locksmith.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have 12years experience in the security industry and as an independent fully qualified and insured Locksmith I offer competitive rates for my services. Senior citizens and victims of burglary recieve a 10% discount off my labour charge.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

If you have any concerns about getting work done on your locks during Lockdown please feel free to call me/Whatsapp me for a chat.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Still available for callouts. As we are in Lockdown again I will continue to sanitise my hands, wear a mask, sanitise everything I touch before I leave and practice social distancing, the 2m rule can still be applied even in your home. Safety is my top priority for my customers and myself.

Locksmiths are experts when it comes to locks. This makes a locksmith the ideal professional to call when you’ve got a locked door that you can’t open. Whether you’ve lost your key or left it inside your property, a locksmith can open your door without causing damage and create a replacement key if needed.

You should always change the locks when you move into a new home. Although the previous owners should give you all of the keys for the property, there could be copies of the house keys that you don’t know about from previous homeowners. Changing your locks when you move into a new home will help to keep your property secure, as well as giving you peace of mind.

The best way to open a broken lock is to hire a professional locksmith. Although you may be tempted to try and open the lock yourself, you could end up damaging the lock or door permanently, increasing the costs that you’ll incur. A professional locksmith will be able to open the door and repair the lock without causing damage.
