*** Geography ***Regus St Albans is opposite the main St Albans train station, which can take you to St. Pancras in 23 minutes.It is also 10 minutes walk from St Albans City Centre, which boasts a large number of restaurants and bars, which is ideal for entertaining customers or providing variety for your staff lunches.For Motorways, the M25, M1, A1 is all within 10 minutes drive, also.*** History ***The actual location was originally a prison (there is some irony in the facility now being a workplace) and one fascia of victoria court was used for some filming of an english comedy series in the 70's called "Porridge".Consequently there is a lot of nice historic walls and character that you will not find in newer buildings.There is a nice fountain in the centre of Victoria square, which is lovely for having your lunch or taking a break.*** Regus Facility ***The Regus facility is well staffed, with professional individuals you would want to greet your customers. The washroom facilities are clean and well maintained and there are kitchenette areas on all floors making sure that there is tea, coffee and water conveniently near to any area that you may be working in.There is a decent amount of parking, with a very convenient multi storey car park less than 1 minutes walk from the offices, which is £3 for the day after 10am.For visitors there is a car spot and 2 disabled car spaces at the front of the office.The office manager is professional, and makes sure that the facility runs as efficiently as possible. A lot of care is put in to ensuring the different elements of the Regus facility is at a high level and she is always available to talk through any concerns you may have.The facility also has Wifi and meeting rooms, with the ability to arrange lunches.The facility is secure, requiring key cards to enter areas of the office hallsI would recommend Regus St Albans for organisations that require a professional, fully managed facility for their staff, and a comfortable setting for customers to visit.
