What do you love most about your job?

I love planning and education with Clients so that they understand the what, where and why regarding their plans and investments. Working with ARCUS WEALTH means that I do not have to worry about the onerous FCA administration requirements such as Compliance and Consumer Duty as these are fully taken care of by the Arcus Wealth (Corbel Partners Ltd.) Network teams in the background, leaving me to focus on planning and what is best for my customers. I do not ‘try to shoot the lights out’, sometimes ‘boring’ may be the best answer.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business so that I could ensure everything was above board, Consumer Duty ready and caused no harm to clients and so that our ‘frank’ conversations over time may be relevant. Investing and planning is a ‘two way street’ and requires the commitment of all parties.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients choose me because I am experienced, friendly, frank and treat their investment as if it were my own as well as being the catalyst and driver for their future tax effective planning and retirement. I also, where relevant, like to involve all paries in the decisions. (Spouses, Children, Family). Especially in these days of ‘Spamming’ of vulnerable people. Voice telephone messages, Texts or Whatsapp of telephone details before calling are widely used and very useful to customers who do not necessarily recognise my contact details or voice immediately.

Yes, the online remote option or on the telephone option are available as is face to face at an appointment. The Date and Time of the contact is available to suit my Customers.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I only visit if the Client agrees and I have had all of the Covid preventative injections plus others. I also wear a mask if required. An injection certificate can be provided, if necessary.
