We first contacted Viktoria when Leo was just 3 months and 1 week old, and from the very first puppy meeting organised by Viktoria, I immediately loved her approach to dog training.
Her philosophy really stood out to us. I love that her training is based on understanding, trust, positive communication and building a strong relationship with your dog, rather than simply teaching commands or using punishment. For us, this was exactly the kind of approach we wanted for Leo.
We then completed the four individual lessons with Leo, which included us as owners too, and I think this is one of the things that makes Viktoria so good at what she does. She doesn’t just train the dog; she teaches you how to understand your dog. She takes the time to explain why Leo behaves in certain ways and how we can respond and communicate with him properly.
Since those first four lessons, we have continued working with Viktoria, and Leo is now 6 months old. Looking back at how much he has grown and developed since that very first meeting, we can really see the difference. We have learned so much along the way, and Viktoria has always been there with advice, guidance and patience.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and patient, but what I appreciate most is that you can immediately see how genuinely much she loves dogs. She takes the time to understand each dog as an individual, their personality and their needs, rather than treating every dog in the same way.
And Leo absolutely adores her! ❤️ Every time he sees Viktoria, he gets so excited and happy, and honestly, seeing his reaction to her is probably one of the best recommendations he could give.
Having a puppy is a learning journey for both the dog and the owners, and we feel very lucky to have found Viktoria when Leo was so young. She has helped us not only with Leo’s training, but also with understanding him better and building a much stronger relationship with him.
