You Beauty Photobooth was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Setup was seamless and i honestly didn't even notice it taking place during our wedding cocktail hour. Chris made the whole process easy to understand, explained how to use the mirror to us as the couple and the bridesmaids and everything was seamless from there! Absolutely amazing service. I found Chris extremely helpful and friendly. He accomplished everything I needed down to outsourcing props to match my event theme. His responses were always very informative and helpful and the process of hire was as smooth as possible. The booth we were assigned was perfect for our guests and Chris even personalised the pictures with the event details, all copies of our guests pictures were easily downloadable after the party by a link, allowing me to share to anyone who missed out on getting their pics. We used You Beauty for our daughter's 18th Birthday Party. Chris was really good with all the pre event liaison, guiding me through different options and coming up with a plan. All went well on the night and our daughter was delighted to have the booth- it was a great feature at the event. We recently used You Beauty Photo Booths for our wedding and Chris was great! The photo booth was already set up for the evening when our evening guests arrived and there were plenty of props for them to choose from. Our guests received 2 copies of the pictures and then we were sent all the digital files by 1am that night!! Very speedy. Chris was great with trouble shooting anything that arose, including popping down to the nearest pub when my brother forgot the bung for the keg of beer we ordered!! I would definitely recommend. We booked You Beauty Booth for our wedding at a Soho location and it has been a fantastic end2end experience. Chris has been accessible and communicative from beginning to end, answering my every question. He has simple done what he said he was going to do, which is not as common as one would think. Thoroughly recommend You Beauty Photo Booths! I had some last minute requests for client Christmas parties in December and my usual local supplier was unable to help. I contacted You Beauty via a supplier search website and they replied almost instantly. Whilst they are based in London and my venue is in Bracknell they were still happy to assist as they had enough team members to be able to travel outside of London. On the event day, their arrival and set up was prompt. They were very keen to make the customer experience a fun one. Copies of photos were sent post event which the clients were very happy with. The photobooth is a great addition to any kind of party. I hired it for my hen do but we have also have booked for the wedding celebrations and am so glad I did. It is very simple to use, creates so much silly fun and I now have these fun photos to add to an album as well as more usual party photos. I highly recommend it.
