After a couple of failed attempts at finding reliable and quality workmanship elsewhere ( despite great reviews on leading directories ) I lost faith in reviews and I decided to go with old fashioned and reliable word of mouth and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Wayne was recommend to me by a friend as I was searching for a company that could deal with extensive property maintenance, repairs and decoration for a client of mine. The flat needed significant repairs to the old windows and a complete refresh to the walls which included plastering, painting and repairs to the ceiling and bathroom. Used this company for several electrical jobs that I needed doing from extractor fan replacements to changing sockets, switches and light fittings. My ethos for business is to treat my clients as I would wish to be treated, you can't fail to notice how badly people are treated these days. I have a long list of complaints about the way business is conducted today, a list very familiar to everybody. when you analyse that list, it all comes down to communication, or lack there of. I set out to create relationships with my clients that is face to face, person to person, respectful. This means discussion + discovery of what that person wants and then communicating what steps we need to take to deliver it. It sounds obvious of course, but with the work I do, the devil is always in the detail.
