What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff carry all Covid 19 safety equipment with them including the following:
Masks
Anti bacterial gel
Gloves
Fresh clothing
Hot tub clean & service
* Perform 10-minute system flush
* Drain down system
* Clean exterior cabinet surfaces
* Clean internal acrylic surfaces
* Refresh and clean filters
* Clean cushions and headrests
* Clean steps and surrounding access areas
* Carry out visual inspection of internal cabinet components, including:
* Checking for leaks
* Inspecting for signs of corrosion
* Assessing pump condition and noise levels
* Securing loose cables and wiring
* Confirming valves are locked/opened correctly

This can be down to manny problems gaskets pumps or heaters.
Diagnostic
We charge an £85 diagnostic fee to find the fault and assess your hot tub. If we can fix it within the house thats all you will pay with parts added

We will come out assess the property and make sure access is good while we are on site we will also discuss days to install
