How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Listening to what they like, suggesting what I think might work, taste testing where appropriate for final decisions.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating a menu that people love, and that will bring memories back of the special day or event. Meeting people, and cooking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve l ways wanted to cook and Create , so starting my own business was a natural step, it was originally created 20 years ago and has gone through many phases, I went back into industry to run kitchens, restaurants and development and now back to developing and running my business again.

I want to make the day special and make the food memorable, I am a foodie and want the food to be a major part of the event

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid made everyone to increase and keep high levels of hygiene and I have continued to do so. Regular hand washing, sanitisers are still part no parcel of the business.
