Initial site visit and quotation
Agreement of the contract
Second visit to carry out the structural survey and finalise the design
Building control are notified and instructed
1st fix works are commenced - involving insulating and boarding of floor, formation of the room/s with timber and openings formed for windows/doors as per clients requirements. Plasterboarding of newly formed walls, insulating and boarding of newly formed ceiling. 1st fix electrical wiring and plumbing (if required) cited
Building control visit
Plastering
Second fix finishing ready for painting - skirting, doors and frames, 2nd fix electrics (fixtures and fittings), 2nd fix plumbing (installation of sanitary wear if a bathroom/ensuite has been formed)
