What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During COVID-19, keeping our customers safe was a top priority.
We introduced extra precautions on every job, including wearing PPE, regular hand sanitising, and maintaining social distancing where possible. We also limited contact, kept work areas clean, and made sure any tools and surfaces were properly sanitised.
It was important to us that customers felt comfortable and safe while we continued to provide a reliable service during a challenging time.
