Communication throughout the process was outstanding and they arrived on-site ahead of schedule. They efficiently dismantled and removed several bulky items, including two large sofas and heavy sliding mirror doors, from my third- floor flat. They were kind enough to help me carry several packs of 60 cm tiles up the stairs, a task they agreed to take on at short notice. I had a large and very cluttered one bedroom flat full of all the furniture, appliances, clothes, books etc everything, that I had to clear because I had moved to a much smaller place which was fully furnished and had all appliances, plus very little storage space. And the flat had rat and mouse infestations due to the landlord not fixing the place properly, so the men had all that to deal with too. The price was very fair indeed and the guys did a fantastic job. They worked really hard and I very much appreciate how the flat looked so clean and clear after their 2 day slog on this job, carrying everything down two flights of stairs.
