Moving out of a 2-bed, top-floor flat in today’s heat was a massive ask, but the team tackled the endless flights of stairs without a single complaint. The guys were great, removed all items with no damage and dissembled and reassembled items with no issues. There was a lengthy wait for keys, but they were very understanding of this, and we I did get the keys they were super speedy at unloading. Would recommend, thank you

I recently used this VCB removals to help transport my furniture and belongings about an hour away as I moved in with my boyfriend—very exciting! Chris provided the best quote and already had great reviews, so I felt confident booking with him.From the start, he was fantastic to communicate with. I messaged him a few times before the move to add extra items, and he was always accommodating and responsive. On the day, he arrived right on time and got straight to work. He even offered to take additional items we hadn’t originally planned for.We moved into a second-floor flat with no lifts, and he handled everything brilliantly—including a three-piece sofa, armchair, shelves, desk, bedframe and mattress and tv. He also moved an extremely heavy cabinet that was already in the flat. Everything was completed within just three hours, all before midday!Chris was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. He really helped make what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and enjoyable, which meant a lot to both me and my partner.This was my first time using a moving company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this one again. I would 100% recommend VCB Removals and Clearances for all of your house moving needs. Chris and Chris moved us last Friday, in sweltering heat - they arrived on time, made light work of packing up the van with all our boxes and bulky items and did it all with a smile on their faces.
