Unsure how this company gets good reviews - such a mystery!! This company’s service has been below expectations so far. They had a person arrive 40mins late for an appointment to view my loft and 3 days later no documentation has been emailed or callback on a quote. I’ve called back and tried again with no joy, a customer service representative said I’d hear back yesterday and never did! Updated to add that a new ladder pole has been sent to me and I have seen the evidence that vents have been fitted. Excellent admin response! The whole process from start to finish has been problem free. I did not feel pressured by the surveyor - sorry I have forgotten his name - and he reassured me that my roof was in good condition apart from the fibre glass insulation. The workmen who came to do the job - Steve and Pete - were excellent and were very easy to have in my home. They worked really hard and deserve a pay rise. However, for my peace of mind, I would appreciate another visit from the surveyor to check that the vents(?) he said would be installed have been - or pictures to show them. This is not a criticism of Steve and Pete - I did not remember to ask them about the vents. Also I would appreciate a new stick to pull the loft ladder down as it was broken during the surveyor's visit and the repair made by the lads has not lasted. Jamie and Matt did an excellent job replacing old insulation and put more boarding down. They also installed a ladder and Jamie Potter sorted out the hatch to make it a drop down one. They were all very professional and really friendly. Everything was left tidy so had no cleaning up to do after, which is a bonus. Freya in customer services was really lovely and friendly. We were very impressed with the chap who came out to give us our quote and the people in the office seemed very helpful. We were pleased with how they were able to explain the product and get us some support with the cost. However the two guys (Rob and Robby) who came out to install the insulation were not great. One immediately asked me if we had been told that the job would take a day, and I said yes. He then told me that that was wrong it would take longer and I'd be lucky if it was done today. This was all before even looking in the loft. He then insisted that the blown fiberglass insulation was not dangerous, as we had been told, and did not need to be removed when Ashley had said it did. As such we then had to have someone else come out the next day to finish the job, who was extremely helpful. Once they started work the same guy walked into rooms where I had shut the door repeatedly without knocking. In the end they then finished and left before 4pm and I was left feeling that I couldn't trust what they had said or done as they had clearly told untruths about how long it would take. It seemed clear that if they had actually gotten on with it the whole project could have been done in a day and I would not have been left feeling worried if the job had been done properly. More...

Excellent service from start to finish. Survey was comprehensive, options discussed and agreed. No high pressure sales. Arrangements to remove old insulation and install new confirmed quickly. Dates held and communication up to work being completed very efficient. Removal and reinstallation of insulation fantastic - teams arrived when they said , very clean and tidy. Things didn’t go well from the start, the site was cleared day one but they didn’t fit any boards or hatch as per agreement they said they didn’t have enough boards to complete the job next person came to fit hatch but put wrong kind in the type that you couldn’t open without climbing up on a ladder to access it the ladder he fitted was in the loft space ,also the hatch was opening the wrong way,to access the loft you had to climb up over the stairs with about a 15 foot drop. 3rd attempt taken ladder out and rearrange opening of hatch replaced it with proper type laying more boards, unfortunately trapping electric cables caused a power supply failure over weekend had to take up some boards and remove fibre which never been replaced. Lloyd and Oscar were great and did a good job. They cleaned up each day and were respectful of our home. The roof space has been transformed from a mess of several different layers of insulation with large gaps particularly near the eaves to a uniform sea of up to date insulation. The surveyor Clifton was very knowledgeable and spent time checking our loft space before recommending what was needed Prior to starting work the installation guys checked all rooms to ensure the lights were working and ceilings were in good order. They then covered all the carpets right through to outside access Completely emptied our loft and disposed of anything we did not want to keep Removed all the old insulation spray treated the loft timbers and installed new loft insulation Fitted boarding in loft on risers and replaced all items we were keeping back in the loft. So, having had a new boiler installed, I then opted to ask for survey of my loft & the feedback support what the survey said, that my insulation was holy inadequate. From inspection to quote and then installation the service was very quick. Lee & Callum were here on time as requested & from start to finish had everything done in two hours. This was a great experience of how ability and excellent customer service go together to create a job well done. Both Lloyd and Oscar obviously had the skills required to carry out the work but the combination of their ability, teamwork and pleasant attitude resulted in our satisfaction at having commissioned UK Energy Saving Network to carry out the loft insulation task for us. Ewen conducted a thorough inspection of the loft and roof space above the kitchen - which was in a dreadful state! He took photos ( I cannot access these areas) and discussed what needed to be carried out. Ewen also costed the work. Cos (insulation installer) is an absolute professional - courteous and helpful. He removed his shoes and covered all carpets with protective plastic sheeting. Cos worked extremely hard and took photos of the various stages, which I was able to view There was very little mess in the kitchen, which is amazing and Cos hoovered thoroughly when he had finished.
