Even asked me to sit on my chair where I would normally sit to make sure the tv was not to high or too low before they started the job . Fantastic service, really friendly bloke and very well priced.Contacted Aerial Force in the first instance who quoted me double what we paid with TVI so I'm so glad we used them. The TV looks really smart on the wall, it's freed up a load of space where it used to be, making the room feel much bigger.It took less than an hour to mount it and the guy explained how to take it down if need be - he also spent time to make sure it was properly straight and centred.Excellent company! What an amazing experience I’ve had with TVi North East. From my initial contact, to the installation, it was fantastic. So professional, informative and their wealth of experience helped me make the correct decisions with the installation. In addition I had another TV to be wall mounted (not booked in as part of the initial job), however when I mentioned it to Anth he couldn’t have been more accommodating. They took a look at what was involved and offered to install it there and then. (Fortunately for me I was the last job of the day). Both institutions are immaculate, the work done is flawless and Anth and Conner couldn’t have done anymore if they had tried. They even gave me a run down and demonstration of my new set up - much easier than reading the instructions!! Thanks again to Debs, Anth and Conner!! What a team. I will recommend this family business to anyone looking for this type of work doing and without a doubt I will be using them in the future. One final thing, they are great craic!! 10/10 for me!! Had these guys over to fit a Projector and large Screen. Their quote blew their competitor out the water and got it all up and running in 2 hours.
