Joseph came down to carry out a damp inspection for me. From the start his contact was prompt and courteous. He had a friendly helpful manner and put my mind at total ease with his property assessment. Joseph is refreshingly honest and where others could seek an expensive alternative this was not his intention at all whatsoever. Therefore, he comes highly recommended and I would use his services again with complete confidence. More...

Joseph and his team were great. Joseph inspected our property and was very clear about what needed to be done. When Rob and the team came to do the work they were helpful, quick and very professional. They cleared up and removed all the rubbish. Joseph answered all my queries promptly. A great service. Joseph from Trident carried out a pre-purchase damp survey for us today. He was thorough, honest and transparent about the costs, and more reasonable than other quotes we’ve received. Would definitely recommend.

I used Trident Damp Limited for some rising damp in my kitchen. They kindly managed to fit me into their busy workload before the bank holiday weekend.
They arrived on time and were fantastic from the start. All my cupboards and equipment were covered and floors protected. The workmen did a fabulous job on my damp areas. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with the quality of their work. Communication was also good with this company, at all stages. Would highly recommend Trident Damp Limited.

I contact Joseph for a survey. He arrived on time has agreed. He was professional and clear about what was needed. We agreed the cost, the start date and time.
His guys turned up on time as agreed, they completed the work professionally, in line with the specification and left my home clean and tidy.
Joseph said what they will do and they did what they say.
Just the way I like doing business (No drama). Based on my experience. I would use them again.
Thanks Joseph.

I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, I find Joseph to be highly professional Curtis and clinical and everything he did. The price quoted was the same at the start as it was at the end and the work he completed was excellent. More...
