Martin was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The price was very reasonable, matching & reducing the price we got from another contractor. He was able to complete his works within a two day period as he mentioned at the start on the works. His knowledge and how to best work around the existing was very impressive. He communicated all his thoughts and ideas to reduce the price and also throughout the work. There was no unexpected additional cost that arose, which just go to show how well he knows his work and how to tackle the job. I would highly recommend martin, and would be happy to use him again in future if we need similar work doing. We had to raise the loft deck to suit the required insulation as we preferred a mineral wool insulation which inherently has a good fire rating. Our felted flat roof was in an awful condition when we moved in and badly in need of attention. Martin and his lads came and installed a new roof in the latest waterproofing material. They made a lovely job of it and took great care over the finishing touches. Bad weather caused a small delay with the lads getting started, but martin communicated with me regularly after reviewing the next day's weather forecast, so we knew when to expect them to arrive and get started. Tradeall Roofing & Building did a great job, we had a small roof repair above our daughters bedroom, they fix it promptly and at a good price.

Wonderful job, and was done in a few days. The roof looks great and the wallet is happy.

He has also worked for my family and neighbours with perfect results and we would not hesitate to recommend him very highly both for efficiency, value for money and end result.

We then had an extension where the builders used their own roofing company who did a second rate job which we then had to get Tradeall roofing and building in to correct for us.

When we had solar panels fitted some years later the fitters were impressed by what an amazing job he had done, saying it was the best they had seen.

He and his team were friendly helpful and efficient and go above and beyond the call for their customers.

Tradeall roofing and building repaired my garage roof last year and I got a really good quote to replace my fascias for early in the new year. They rang me about the work last week, scaffolding up on Monday, job started Tuesday, finished Thursday. Gale force winds and torrential rain intermittent on both days but this did not deter the hardy lads doing my job!
