Toms advice and support was just what I needed when menopause hit me and I had developed a menopause belly which I’d never had before. I was skeptical that anything would work as I had read so much that it’s hormones and nothing works to shift that belly and I knew I didn’t just want a fad diet and start yo-yo ing up and down the scales as I knew that would just make me feel disheartened. Tom was recommended to me by someone who had had great results working with him, so I approached him and we had a great chat. He assured me he would create a plan for me that would work and explained exactly how it works in a way that was easy to understand. The plan is easy to follow and very flexible (even allowing for the odd drink or meal out now and again) and I have never felt hungry! This isn’t a diet, it’s just changing some habits and my meno belly is nearly gone. I can honestly say I will carry on this lifestyle for the rest of my life! Thank you so much Tom 🫶 More...

Was great working with Tom. He’s very enthusiastic and kept me motivated and on track, always listening to my goals and making sure I was on the right path. Tom has been great at helping me improve my confidence at the gym. From previously just sticking to the ‘safe’ treadmill or bike, I now have a whole library of exercises and gym equipment I feel confident in. Tom has a strong focus on ensuring correct technique whilst still making progression with heavier lifts which is a great balance. I always looked forward to the sessions and I’ve learnt things to improve my health and fitness that will stay with me forever. More...

Tom is kind, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, motivating, very supportive of women (able to talk about periods!) and I always have a laugh with him! He literally switches on my BEAST mode! Tom made sure that he researched my medical condition before I started, to ensure that he could realistically work with me and know when and how to push me, without leading to an injury. He’s taken a complete novice with weight training and now got me barbell squatting almost 60kg in about 6 months! As a larger lady, I was very paranoid about judgement in the gym and from a PT, but Tom makes me so relaxed and makes my journey individual to me. Highly recommend! More...

Tom is an excellent PT and I attended 3 sessions a week with him for a number of months. Not only has this helped me build up a baseline level of fitness but also helped me develop a rhythm of consistency in working out. I’ve used personal trainers before and for me it’s very important that my PT and I have a good fit and Tom is such a great guy that we clicked straight away - and this is really important because if you’re anything like me and don’t really love working out then having someone you get on with well really helps takes the edge off! Tom is a brilliant PT & I highly recommend him! I first started my PT sessions with Tom back in October 2021. The initial goal was to help me lose the weight gained during lockdown so that I could fit into my wedding dress. This goal was achieved & I couldn’t have done it without him! He set me a programme that was achievable and manageable to fit around a busy schedule and the weekly sessions encouraged me to keep going! I enjoy the sessions and even though the initial goal was achieved I am still continuing the weekly PT sessions but with a new goal to improve my strength. Thank you Tom for all your help! More...

I first started seeing Tom as my personal trainer in December 2021. I have suffered from a spine problem since I was 12, with pain, disc degeneration and scoliosis, I have tried lots of different things in the past (pilates, physio, osteopaths etc) but I can honestly say Tom has changed my life. I feel strong, my back pain has reduced by at least 60/70% and when I do have small episodes of pain I recover a lot quicker than previously.
