I found Tidy Hp Ltd when clearing out my spare room and had a few bits I could not take to the tip myself (sofa bed and washing machine) they came up on a google search and their quote was so good I had to double take and confirm it included VAT (it did- Steve in the customer service team is absolutely fantastic and has looked after us so well). This first job went well so I decided days later to have a bit of a clear out of the restaurant I work at and used them again and they were just as good collecting commercial waste as they were domestic. I wanted to dispose of a mattress, but Halton Borough council said there was a 4 week wait plus you can only put it out on the morning of collection plus they won’t take it if it’s wet , they won’t climb stairs, so I checked google for someone and found tidy up, I rang them at 16. 55 on Monday 17/08/2026 a very pleasant guy answered and said he could pick up the next day carry the mattress from upstairs if required, they were here at 9.15 again very pleasant young guys straight up the stairs it was done in 5 minutes all for £ 15 more than the council would have charged, fantastic service I wish this company my very best wishes that they carry on gaining new business.
