A principle I live by is, "Do what you love, and you'll never work another day in your life," and I truly believe it. The best part of my job is seeing everything come together after meticulous planning and bringing a client's vision to life. Meeting people and helping to make their events as special as possible is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a caterer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After having my two beautiful children, I realised that the corporate office world was no longer for me. I wanted to pursue something more creative that would fit around my new family lifestyle. Becoming my own boss has been one of the most challenging jobs I've ever undertaken, but it's also the most rewarding.
