I needed an urgent bed frame and mattress transportation in the next few hours. And as soon as I posted my request on Bark, Mark was the first one to call me. He offered the lowest price I could find and after 2 hours he was already on the spot for collection. I was late for 20 mins and instead of prolonging the time (as he gets an hourly rate), he went to the bed seller and collected all bits and pieces before I was there!
