Until the chap that did the quote rang the office (a man named Tony)! Unfortunately the quote was outside of our price range, at 26k. When the gent (who I do not have a bad word to say about, as he was delightful) rang the office, the person on the other end, when told we aren't interested at the quoted price, said "why did they want a quote then if that's too much". I then asked Steven to leave. I was going to look at getting other work from them, but that is now out the window. I would never recommend using a company that is rude towards its potential customers, because you start to wonder how they will treat you after they've taken all your hard earned money. More...

We investigated numerous material and supplier options when looking to re-surface our driveway. As soon as we met Carl from the HIP we knew the Resin solution was the best option for us. He showed us many samples and examples of their work and was friendly and professional at all times. When the work began, we could see that the work team knew what they were doing, efficient, friendly, professional and quick. They removed all unwanted materials from site, cleaned everywhere and the finished product was simply perfect! So much so, that we immediately signed up to have another section resurfaced. Really impressed with how knowledgable Tony and Carl were when they came to see me regarding my driveway. They helped and advised me on the different types of driveways out there and helped me make a decision that was best for my property. I was very unsure which option to choose and they were very patient with me despite it being a complex job. The workers were polite and clean.
