Several years of neglect was gone in few hours, with before and after photo-proofing. A mystery of squirrels having constant field days under my roof was resolved, by Ted inspecting key structures while doing the cleaning job and discovering, that cement on the roof valleys was badly damaged or gone. As the fix was urgent, I asked for the quote, which was reasonable, and the job was scheduled and completed by Ted and his Team the next day.
