They did an excellent job for me
They cleaned the house and garage, gutters and the facia boards all round.
Luke is a very hard worker and nice with it. Would recommend them.

Be careful with this company
I employ them for a roof cleaning, they said they are going to clean the roof, the gutters and apply the sealer… none of that was done actually.
They tried only to clean the roof in front of the house… when I questioned them the young guy started to get aggressive and tell me to go up and do it if I’m not happy.
So the roof is not cleaned, gutters full of moss and sealer not applied as we agreed.
I suspect that they damaged my roof and if that proves I’ll report them and get them to court if necessarily
They asked for cash probably thinking I cannot prove anything but its all on CCTV and everything is written down.
I asked them to rectify but they didn’t respond…
So for an extra hour to do the right job and what we agreed they choose to just not do it…

This is the only bad review left on my profile. Customer wanted a lot more work doing than agreeing on for the same price also work was done to good standards and please don’t believe everything you read i have plenty of good references if any one needs to see or contact them at any time.

I am very happy to submit a 5 star rating for Luke. He provided a very prompt response to my initial enquiry on Bark and was polite and professional.
He carried out the work immediately after viewing the tree (for removal) and sent through photos on completion to show that he had cleared up all of the cuttings.
With his prompt response, it was less than 24hrs for initial Bark enquiry to ‘job done’ & online payment completed.
An excellent service.

Very happy to submit a 5 star review for Luke! He contacted me within 24hrs of my initial enquiry on Bark. He was polite and clear about the services that he offered and after viewing the tree that I needed removing he provided a competitive quote.
Having agreed to use his services, he got on with the job immediately and he sent through photographs to show that he had tidied up and removed the cuttings! Therefore from my initial enquiry to the job being completed was just 24hrs, with payment online by bank transfer.

Driveway Cleaning
The good points where that Luke was readily available and competitively priced. He used the right equipment to jet spray clean the block paving which he did thoroughly and efficiently.
However, his statement that his wash contained a sealant already and didn't need anything further was a bit misguided as two weeks on weeds are starting to show through between some of the bricks.
With his obvious enthusiasm I would happily have paid more to have got the 'full Monty' i.e. sealant/sanding to have made it a total success as these things still need doing.
