I highly recommend Sanjeev at Tangerine Tax. I discovered that I had not reported a potential CGT gain over 20 years ago relating to gifting a share of a property. Sanjeev was very helpful using the information I provided him over the phone. He was able to reassure me within 24 hours that because of various exceptions/allowances no tax was due. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having qualified as an accountant and worked as a financial controller, it was always my ambition to start my own accounting practice. Having a knack for number crunching and having build strong technical & accounting skills whilst working in the corporate world, opening an accounting practice was a no brainer. In addition, both my parents were entrepreneurs and they definitely inspired me to start my own business. After months of deliberation, I finally made the plunge in 2021.
