I have always been passionate about health and fitness. As a holistic health coach it is important to find out the root cause of any issues, by doing so we are able to put sustainable practices in place to ensure lasting results. In the initial cosultation I conduct am in-depth health questionnaire from childhood up to present day which gives me a really detailed picture of each individual and assess where I am able to help in obtaining their desired results.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Extremely important. We eat three times a day (or more) which is crucial for nutrients diet rich in healthy foods can
benefit overall health, supporting energy levels, immune function, heart health, and a lower risk of certain diseases. To support overall health, include plenty of fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole-grain foods, as well as fatty fish.
Key principles of healthy eating
Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables . Aim for at least five portions a day, as these provide essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Choose higher-fiber carbohydrates . These include whole grains like oats, brown rice, and wholewheat pasta.
Incorporate protein sources . Opt for lean meats, fish, beans, and peas.
Consume healthy fats . Find unsaturated fats in nuts, seeds, and fatty fish like salmon.
Limit saturated fat, sugar, and salt .

I can see you in person and online . I live in Birmingham and welcome face to face consultations and health coaching where possible. It is so nice to connect and see individuals in person. However working remotely also enables me to see further afield in the comfort of their own homes and surroundings
