Booked Shad for 2 consecutive days from Leicester to Salisbury and back and then the following day from Leicester to Bolton and back. Both being decently long trips, he was extremely accommodating. He kept the drive very smooth. I was able to stretch out, do some work without any motion sickness, and even take a nap, which is not something I usually do if I don’t know the person driving. If I could award more than 5 stars I would! I was delighted with the service that I received Shad was very polite, he arrived on time to take myself and my party from Birmingham to Heathrow airport in his luxurious 6 seater Mercedes we had a very pleasant trip our luggage (4 people) was easily accommodated and we had complimentary water if we required it, the return journey was no different again he was bang on time ,we opted for the meet and greet service which was a godsend at this busy airport. While my core services require in-person transport, bookings and consultations can be arranged entirely online via email, phone, or my website. I’m always happy to answer questions remotely and assist clients with travel planning details before their journey.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I maintain strict hygiene protocols, including regular cleaning and sanitising of the vehicle after every trip. Hand sanitiser and face masks are available for clients on request. I also offer contactless payment options for added convenience and safety
