Excellent facility. The small class led sessions are brilliant as the coach ensures that your technique is correct and thereby preventing injuries. What do you love most about your job?
As a personal trainer, what I love most about my job is the opportunity to positively impact people's lives. Helping clients transform their fitness, reach their goals, and build healthier habits is incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy the personal connections I build with clients, supporting them through their challenges and celebrating their successes. Seeing their confidence grow and knowing I've played a part in that journey is what makes the job truly fulfilling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having a long-term health condition made me realise the importance of regular exercise and healthy nutrition in managing and improving overall well-being. I started my career as a personal trainer because I wanted to help others in similar situations, empowering them to take control of their health through fitness. I’ve experienced firsthand how physical activity can positively impact both mental and physical health, even with limitations. Becoming a personal trainer allows me to share my passion for fitness and nutrition, guiding others towards making lasting lifestyle changes and achieving their personal goals, regardless of their challenges.
