Steve did the photography for our wedding ceremony at Hull Guildhall and the reception at The Deep and group photos along the way in the old town. He got so many amazing photos that we are struggling to narrow it down to those that will go into the printed album. He was in regular contact with us in the lead up to the big day and even joined us to scout out potential shots at the Deep. He worked incredibly hard on the day arriving before anyone else and stayed through until nearly the very end. His expertise was shown when dealing with "testing" lighting conditions at The Deep, but more than rose to the challenge. From the bridal prep to the first dance and more, Steve was absolutely fantastic, he’s very friendly and easy to get along with and will bring many laughs to the day too! He shot our wedding on 4/10/2025 at lazaats hotel and it was perfect. Getting some of the most beautiful pictures, that truly tell the story of the full day. Myself and my wife highly recommend steve if you want to capture amazing moments of your wedding day, he worked well with the vicar at the church and all of us too and got some great pics, he called us beforehand to ask questions about what we wanted and was really helpful, he also arrived at the church (st micheals) early to organise and take some shots before arrivals, and after a photo session at the grimsby golf course he even offered to stay longer no extra charge when it started to rain, really nice guy too and very reasonable prices, thanks again steve :)

We genuinely couldn’t recommend Steve highly enough. From bridal prep all the way through to the evening reception, he was there every step of the way and went above and beyond for us. He even came along to our rehearsal ceremony, which meant so much and really helped us feel relaxed ahead of the big day.Steve was chilled out, friendly, and instantly put us at ease — exactly what you need on your wedding day! Wedding Photographer
My style of photography is to is to tell the stories that matter. During your day I work hard to capture the real moments with friends and family. The right images help us remember, even after the party is over, time has passed us by, the children are grown and some people have gone.
My role on the big day is to try to become part of the background, problem solving on the fly whilst trying to capture real, raw and candid unposed moments instead of creating them. Obviously most people want their selected group shots which are great, but the real joy comes from looking back at those spontaneous moments captured in time.
Documenting this important occasion is what’s important and I don’t take this responsibility lightly.
