I needed to have a broken key extracted from the lock on my balcony door. Stefan was not immediately available so instead sent his brother Nicolae, who came in 20 minutes and did an amazing job - the broken key was removed in no time. Highly recommend!

I became locked out of my flat in the evening and contacted a 24 hour locksmith who put me in touch with Stefan. He arrived within 30 minutes and updated me as to his arrival. He was incredibly polite and proficient and I was able to successfully enter my property.

Highly recommend Stefan who is clearly extremely skilful, knowledgeable and is an expert in all types of locks.
