I can really rate SSafe Security and Rob and his team. On the first call, Rob explained clearly to me my options and sent to me some footage from his own security camera from day to night vision. I thought on it for some time, looking at different options (like cameras you fit yourself on your window ledge) - Rob checked in with me a couple of times but there was no pressure. He also reassured me on the rules around where the camera should be focused as my front door is directly onto the pavement. I had the camera fitted by Sergio who helped me load the app and explained everything to me which was really simple - just what I need! There was an issue with a duff hard drive in the recording box but this was replaced within a few days. Having just moved into a new property & needing some advice regarding an already installed CCTV system, Rob was more than happy to help and gave me advice & guidance about my options without even mentioned charging me for his experience & knowledge. After a brief discussion we came up with a plan and within a week the engineer Sergio came out to the property. Submitted a request from Bark to get quotes on a CCTV system for a house I was moving into in the next few months. Rob from SSAFE got back to me very quickly and gave a competitive quote with a high quality system. Although I didn’t move in until later than anticipated Rob would contact me frequently and ask if I still wanted the system. After a few months I was in a position to get the system and Rob was happy to set a date/time which suited me. Good price, great communication

A four camera hard wired cctv system was installed at my house in Wiltshire yesterday 28th Otober 2024 to replace an old failing set up. The SSAFE team arrived on time and explained how they would be carrying out the installation inside and outside our house. The installation was then carried out to our complete satisfaction in a few hours. The work was neat and created minimum inconvenience. Once fitted the operation of the set up was explained both to me, using the desk top reciever and monitor screen, and to my disabled wife for monioring on her smart phone. A minor glitch with noise from the receiver unit was dealt with on the spot and the problem completely rectified. The installation is excellent both technically and aesthetically. I would very strongly recommend SSAFE for all homes needing security systems. I would add that SSAFE was also the lowest cost of the three estimates I had received. More...

Fantastic service all round from SSAFE for a residential four camera system. Very quick response and quote. All my questions answered and very sensible suggestions made about how I could improve what I had initially asked for. Installation done extremely quickly and the installers were outstanding. Ssafe Limited responded to my enquiry on the day of my enquiry, arranged to do a survey the following day and installed a security camera system on the next working day. Advice regarding the best and most appropriate equipment for the site was good. The installation was made to a high standard with cables well hidden. The system was explained in detail and in a way that was clear and understandable. The camera views were installed to TV and mobile phone and all is working well.
