Steve went out of his way to accommodate my needs especially when I thought I might have to postpone the clearance when we hadn’t exchanged when promised. He telephoned to tell me he would be late as he was held up on the motorway so I didn’t have to worry he might not be coming. His two helpers were polite and hardworking. We enjoyed a morning of banter and whenever the van seemed full, they still managed to squeeze something else in. Steve and his colleague arrived a little late having been held up in busy traffic, happens to the best of us. FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT
Steve and colleague arrived on time and had all the items we wanted to clear out of the house and into their van in just an hour. They disconnected a gas cooker and a washing machine too.
