They left the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathroom absolutely spotless.

Sparkling Clin came to clean my son’s house. He has MS and cannot manage himself. It was in a bad state after years of not being able to be cleaned properly and, as I am disabled, I couldn’t help. Patience came and did an assessment. We knew it would take a few hours, in the end it took a total of over 30! As my son works from home they came in on a Sunday and worked round him. They have transformed the bathroom, making it hygienic once again. In the kitchen they have removed years of grease. The oven clean, although an extra cost, is fantastic. The brightness brought on by the lack of years of dust is amazing. The best thing though is that there was no judgement. They were understanding, caring and thoughtful. They accepted that his disease caused the problems and worked to help him through.
Sparkling Clin are not the cheapest cleaner’s but they are more than just cleaners, they do care about what they do.
Patience is an amazing lady who will go to any lengths to make sure you are happy with what has been done. She is fair and honest and makes sure her employees are trustworthy and honest.
We are going to have them come in weekly now, to keep on top of things.
I would recommend Sparkling Clin, they already do my house and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. More...

I am revisiting this site to Amanda my previous review. I initially thought Patience was very pricey, but she was also very pushy and we agreed to try her out.
After the team had gone, the house smelt wonderful of all the products I had had to buy, £51 in total, although I had cleaning products, they weren’t to their taste.
Afterwards, even tho I had mentioned it, the kitchen kickboards hadn’t been done, which is one of the main things for me. I am a disabled pensioner, my daughters were livid when I told them that all in all, a first time clean for 2 hours, cost £111 including all the cleaning products and insisted I cancel immediately.
Since then, they have put me in touch with a couple of companies, who are very reasonable, bring their own products and equipment, I mean if Sparkling damaged your equipment, would they replace it?
These are questions you must ask yourself with this company before you commit.
You’re paying over the top rates for their cleaning, which is mediocre, to say the least, paying for the extortionately priced products, and they’re using YOUR equipment! Bit of a joke if you ask me! More...

Not sure who upset you, from giving us a faur review and come back two days after to write this unfounded review. We even cleaned over pur time for £60 first clean. All i can say is may you find peace from within. You told us how bad your previous cleaners were, how unreliable they were .Can’t believe how grateful and appreciative you were to us after we cleaned for you. In your own words you kept on saying you were very very happy. You looked round after we finished cleaning, held my hand, looked me in the eye and thanked me million times , only to come back and find time to write this and try to tarnish our image.

I have thought long and hard about leaving a review but decided to do so in the interests of fairness and honesty for potential future clients. Patience is a friendly lady and we were happy to book her to do a deep clean followed by regular fortnightly general cleaning. Her price for the deep clean was £22.50 per hour and she estimated 8 person hours to complete it. This covered herself plus 3 young employees for 2 hours. During the cleaning, she said it would take longer and ended up costing £270, plus £100 to clean the oven. When they had finished we glanced round and things appeared to be ok, but afterwards we looked at each room more thoroughly and realised just how much had been missed, or made worse (e.g.windows). To be honest it was poor and I couldn't believe I had paid £370 (plus £60 for the cleaning equipment she asked us to buy before she came) for my home to look almost the same as it did before they came, apart from the bathroom and oven which looked much better. We took photos which I sent to Patience and she was extremely shocked and apologetic and offered to bring her sister for the two of them to do another clean, free of charge to make up for it. I declined this offer and Patience then refunded most of my money which I was happy with. To be fair, Patience was always polite and very apologetic about the standard of cleaning. Maybe her staff let her down on this occasion. If you are considering using Sparkling Clin I would suggest agreeing exactly what a deep clean or a general clean includes, and the definite price you will pay for the work to be done to a good standard. Personally, I would also insist on Patience doing the work herself rather than the young people who came with her. More...

This is only the first time the girls have cleaned for me, so it’s expected to be without problems. Time will only tell if it’s consistent.
Very good clean, although buying of products that they prefer using, made my first payment VERY expensive. I’ve never had cleaners who wear masks and gloves the whole time, in my opinion, if they prefer to use these, then the company should provide them.
Very pleasant girls and good service, very conscious of time.
