Before he could start he had to take off my fire surround and ragged wires up the wall. then he put another double socket behind the tv for other outlets then plastered over the holes.

Used Steve before to mount a tv no issues so had no problem in using him again but that has been a costly mistake.On the 9th of July Steve came to mount a tv and my brand new £1000 Sonos Arc to my new garden room at a cost of £250(I also incurred another £120 cost from another company to fix mistakes made by Steve on installation). Met Steve on arriving home from my work said he had to cut into the wall to hide the cables but had filled the hole and that I would have to leave it for 24hr sand it then re-paint.The next day on removal of the sound bar I was horrified to find the sound bar covered with filler he had filled the hole with the sound bar still mounted made several attempts to clean the Arc with no success.Messaged and emailed Steve with no satisfactory outcome.I am the customer yet its myself that's pursuing Steve where it should be the other way about its coming up to a month and I still haven't used it.Update- just received a text from Steve today 27/11/25 asking me to mention in my review that he had paid the the installation fee of £250 into my bank on the 13/9/25 more than a month after the installation which seems fair. Monday 11/3/24. I had a problem with my freeSAT 📡 loosing the signal at times & I would extend my walking stick to go out & reach up to tap the wires into the L. N.D. [Low Noise Blocker] & the picture would return BUT I would have to whack the L.N.B. to get the signal back & the next time I whacked it & poked the wires, it was to no avail. The guy who fitted the 📡 has retired SO I looked up MANY of the reviews on Google etc... & the one that I felt & had many 5 star reviews was Sound & Vision. He -- Steven was a pleasant guy, was a bit late in turning up - but that didn't bother me one wee bit & he said that he had plenty of jobs on today & I know that it can be difficult to arrive in a stated average time. Some repairers state they will be there in an hour's time & have the job done in an hour & many folks will phone for them. Anyway he set to work & saw that there was no signal coming into my freeSAT box, I had changed the box days ago for another one & that didn't pick up a signal either. He checked the wires into the satellite dish & they were found to be ok SO he fitted a new L.N.B. & the signal returned. For about a month now I couldn't get my HOTSPOT to work as I don't have internet & just use my mobile as my router & I had to use my mobile & SCREENCAST it to my TV 📺 by Bluetooth SO before he left, I asked him to try & get my HOTSPOT working on my phone 📱 & he eventually did - Total Bill only £80 👍 So you all know who to call for your freesat & aerial repairs. Steven at Sound & Vision provided a first class service for us in the installation of our TV and audio set up in new house. I dealt with Steven mostly over the phone as I was away working at the time, from the initial survey of the job through to the installation Steven was reliable, on time, knowledgable in providing suggestions on best setup in our traditional house build type and clean and tidy as he installed the tv and audio set up, the professionalism of service was excellent and Steven is planned to come bank and further upgrade our audio wireless system in the next couple months.

We recently had our Tv installed by Steven at Sound and Vision. He wall mounted our tv and also wall mounted an electric fireplace below. Additional electrical sockets were installed for the tv and the fireplace along with a new tv aerial point behind the tv. All the wiring was hidden within the brick wall and replastered once installed. Work was carried out to a very high standard, and Steven even tidied up once the work was finished.
