I purchased a theme for a professional web radio streaming project. Visually, the theme looks good. However, structurally it is not suitable for a real live radio implementation. The theme is marketed as a “Music Radio & Podcast WordPress Theme.” For anyone working in radio, this implies proper live stream integration, continuous playback across pages, and stable player behavior. In reality: • There is no persistent sticky player for continuous playback. • The built-in audio system conflicts with external live stream integrations. • Duplicate player instances can appear. • The native audio system cannot be cleanly disabled or replaced. • Stable live metadata display becomes unreliable. The authors state that streaming functionality is not included and must be handled via third-party plugins. However, the theme architecture makes proper third-party integration technically difficult. Customer support responses were formal but dismissive, focused strictly on policy rather than technical problem-solving. No concrete workaround was offered despite detailed explanations of the implementation issues. This theme may work for podcast-style static audio content. It is not suitable for a professional live radio streaming website. Buyers planning to launch a real web radio platform should carefully evaluate these limitations before purchasing. More...

Like so many that posted below, beware before you purchase. I had problems with their theme from installation. I'm not talking a little error here. I'm talking about following their steps on the theme, installing plugins and when you get to the skins, you get a critical error that crashes your entire WP platform so you can't even login. Your only recourse is to dump the entire WP installation and start over. Can you imagine this happening after 20 hours of build time? No way I trust that theme for my project. I requested a refund immediately and they refuse. Their customer service cares nothing about my project, my business nor my time. Their response times are 8 hours out on average. When they do respond, they give you AI response frames. I don't think I have even reached a human yet. I am still trying to get my money back from them. Not only will I not use their theme but won't use anything from their company. What a horrible experience. If they refund my purchase, I will return here for an update. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUTHOR!!! I had issues with one of their themes from day one. It is was just one or two problems I would have been fine with it and used their tech support. However, I had several issues from changing logos, colors, home pages, and one of their plugins even required you to upgrade and pay for it to work! I admit their were trying to find a work around for the paid plugin but after I had several other issues I gave up and decided to get a refund to try another theme. I have purchased several website themes so I am pretty familiar with them. I even know a little coding to make small changes. Since I had so many problems I reached out to them and they are REFUSING TO REFUND! I asked for a refund the day after I purchased it and the 2 days following! They kept asking me to try to fix the issue first but I did not want to keep a theme that had so many problems from the very start! After about 4 days I deleted the theme and purchased another. Again, I asked for a refund. Then they finally said we will refund if you provide proof of the issues after I removed it!!!! RIDICULOUS! If that was needed, they should have mentioned that the very first time I asked for a refund, NOT 4 DAYS LATER! More...

Yesterday, I spoke to shashi from http://www.shreeshyampackersandmovers.in And booked a service as I need to shift home latest by today I.e 31-march-2021. He clearly mentioned and give me an assurance that his people will be here by 11am as his office is near to my location I.e Gaur city 1, Greater noida. I requested him to send the truck by 9am but he said that 17-feet trucks need special permission and can not enter before 10am. So, his people would be at my place (Awho twin tower, Greater Noida) latest by 11am. I called him at 11am, asking where is the truck? He said truck will take maximum one hour. Whereby I stated him that we have to shift before 5pm as shifting is not allowed after 5pm. He said he will send 2 extra people to compensate the time. I again called him at 12pm, He said labour is having lunch so, will take 1 more hour. I was like okay let them have. I called him at 1pm, this was my third call and he gave me driver's no to speak directly. I spoke to his driver, he said tyre got punctured. I was like okay, can happen. Waited for 2 more hours, it was 3:30 pm now I called his driver asking where is he? This driver tried to fool me asking for money.
