I have been training with Matt for about 7-8 weeks now and really starting to see the results. Being initially skeptical about doing online PT I’ve found it really works for me and gives me a lot of flexibility to train when I want. Matt really listens to what you want to achieve and puts together a plan that is varied and effective to help me get there. Despite being mostly online he provides regular feedback and listens to any feedback I have for him and tweaks the plan where needed. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who’s friendly, approachable, and will definitely make sure you stay on track (whether you like it or not! ), then Matt’s your guy. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, chatty, and genuinely wants the best results for you — even when you’re trying to convince him that “pizza fits your macros.”He keeps me accountable with weekly weight updates and measurements, checks in on my nutrition, and somehow manages to be both my PT and unofficial life coach. He’s always there when I need a pep talk (or when I want to moan about my slow weight loss — because, as he reminds me, it’s normal and not always linear!).Matt’s brilliant at what he does. I have been training with Matt on a bespoke Crossfit programme for the last six months. In that time I have learnt how to consistently hit muscle ups, handstand walks, and butterfly pull ups which I could never do before. The feedback works both ways, he adapts the programme to my weaknesses but also listens to what I want out of the sessions and what fits my needs.
