Shahpari has been an incredible trainer, walker and sitter for my cocker spaniel puppy, and her kind, personable and professional approach also makes her great to work with as a dog mum!

I did the fast track puppy training course and my pup learned how to do recall, sit, stay, socialisation and lead walking etc from this training. Shahpari was gentle, efficient and the results have been great.

She has also boarded him for a week, and sent regular videos and updates and he came back a very happy, playful, well behaved boy. My pup has also enjoyed her dog walks and is a well socialised and well behaved boy.

Couldn't recommend her more and look forward to continuing / returning to Shahpari for dog walks and boarding! More...

We’ve had a fantastic experience with shapari! Milo, our Cavapoo, absolutely loves his walks and gets the perfect amount of exercise during his walk. It’s clear how much care and attention she give to every dog, and Milo always comes back happy, well exercised, and relaxed.

Our puppy stayed with Shahpari for a one-week board and train program, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. What truly blew us away was her incredible communication. Every single day, Shahpari sent us more than 20 videos and photos of our puppy, Hunter. Seeing his progress in real time made us so happy and reassured us completely that he was in the very best hands. What truly sets Shahpari apart is the warmth and care she shows to every dog in her care. Our puppy came home happier, more confident, and with noticeable improvements in behaviour and responsiveness. It was clear he had been treated with so much love and patience.

On top of all this, Shahpari very generously offered us a complimentary extra night of boarding, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. It really speaks volumes about her integrity and the way she goes above and beyond for her clients.

Shahpari was utterly brilliant - able to accommodate a last minute request to board Mabel. We spent 20/30 minutes at her home the day before dropping Mabel so they could get to know eachother and it was clear how much she loves the dogs in her care. During Mabel’s 4 nights with Shahpari we received multiple updates including videos of her tucked up under a duvet on her first night when she was feeling a little confused and just generally having a whale of a time with the other dogs. So lovely to go away and know that your dog is cared for and in a home from home environment.

We cannot recommend Shahpari enough. We left our 4 month year old staffy with her for daycare. Rosie has not been left alone and Shahpari really gave her the attention she needed. Shahpari took care of my shiba inu last year when I was out of town. She is very reliable and took very good care of my dog, my dog is easy to get nervous but he was so calm at Shahpari’s place. Shahpari has been a total joy and my 13 wk old golden retriever agrees completely. We have used Shahpari recently for her boarding services after previously using her for daycare, and as always have nothing but positive things to say. She always puts great effort into providing a personalized service and has formed a lovely bond with our cockapoo Max. In fact, Max never seems to want to come back from her to us which is a great sign! Max was a bit of an anxious dog at the beginning and could snap sometimes around other dogs, but under Shahpari's wing he has greatly improved and is much more calm and easygoing now. After having a significant injury, I was unable to walk my two large Bernese Mountain Dogs for their daily toilet needs. I recently left my 10-month-old Whippet boy, Kimi, with Shahpari while I was away on a business trip for four nights and five days, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Throughout Kimi stay, Shahpari constantly kept me updated with videos, and it was so reassuring to see how happy and relaxed he was. Kimi enjoyed plenty of outdoor exercise and playtime in Battersea Park, and it was clear from the updates that he and Shahpari bonded really well.

When I picked Kimi up, I was pleasantly surprised to notice a major improvement in his recall — such a wonderful bonus! Shahpari was fantastic with our 10-week-old puppy, Rodney. It was a last-minute booking and the first time we’d ever left him, so the anxiety was real. She arrived calm and confident, bonded with him instantly, and her experience with young pups was obvious from the start. I can't recommend Shahpari enough, she has overdelivered every time we have used her, and consistently gone above and beyond. We reached out needing some guidance with our 6 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, being our first dog we wanted to make sure we were doing things correctly.

She showed us how to positively reinforce his training, recall, socialising and lead walking. Since our first session, we've continued to get Shahpari's help with training, and looking after our puppy during extended trips as we travel abroad.

Our puppy has really improved in so many ways including his quality of life, but i'd say my biggest thanks to Shahpari, is that my confidence as a dog owner has improved so much. And as a result, the quality of life my puppy has is something i'm really proud of, and she's been an integral part of making that happen. Shahpari walks my 4-year old cockapoo twice a week and he absolutely adores her and always has a great time on his walks. She sends lots of photos and video updates and communication is always really quick and easy.

Shaphari watched our 8 year old German Shepherd Cheyenne for over a week while we were on a trip and she was amazing! She sent updates and videos many times a day, she walked Cheyenne multiple times a day in the park, and she cuddled with her every night! We felt very comfortable and at ease with her watching Cheyenne as she understands dogs’ temperaments and knows the best methods of correction. Always going above and beyond for Bella and I, and Bella jumps in to her arms and can't stop licking her when ever she sees her. Shahpari looked after our one year old puppy for the third time this weekend and as always it was a great experience. Frosty absolutely loves her and drags us to the door when we drop him off. Shahpari got him on the slip lead which we didnt know how to use properly before and since staying with her his behaviour on his lead has improved significantly. I have to write this as I am so surprised that Eli and Charles had such an awful time and gave her such a bad review.
She has looked after my dog boarded her walked her and trained her aswell and she gets so excited and waits at the door when I mention her name.
On the Saturday I bumped into Sharpari with the dogs who were all playing and running around and generally having so much fun.
When we left we could see Sharpari being pulled along and I was worried for her but she did everything in her power to care for the welfare of those dogs

Our experience with Shahpari wasn't good. We were supposed to leave our 1 year old Golden Retriever with her for a week, but had to go and pick him up after 3 days and a lot of stress.

Some facts:
- Our dog had just had a small surgery to repair a nail he had broken. The vet told us to keep a bandage on. Theo removed it, and we asked her to put it back on; but she just said he didn't want it on. Of course the dog doesn't want the bandage on; but with patience you can do it (the next sitters we took him to did it right away no problem). We also ask that she wipes the wound with these antiseptic wipes the vet gave us. She refused to use them saying that they had chemicals! and instead applied something else she had. Finally, when she showed us a video of where she had applied her own product, she was pointing at the wrong nail - she didn't even know where the injury was.
- Secondly, on the 2nd day Theo was with her, I noticed on a picture that she wasn't using the lead we gave her and made a gentle comment about the fact that he's a puppy on training and still pulling, and therefore it's better to use his chest harness rather than a lead attached to his neck. It was a suggestion. That led to about 20 messages saying that I was trying to micro manage her, and if I didn't like the way she looked after Theo I could come and pick him up. That was repeated in every message she sent from that point onward. My husband and I were on a vacation abroad, and spent hours really stressed trying to say to her that if she preferred to use her lead it was ok (to be honest, at this point we were just afraid for our dog as she seems really angry for just suggesting to use our harness, so we were just agreeing with her knowing we were coming to pick up our dog).
- Shahpari offered us a discount on her usual rate, which we accepted grateful. Now, we didn't ask for that discount. In fact, when she told us her rate, we said we couldn't afford her services and moved on. We had already started talking to someone else, when she called us again to say that she would reduce her price. So we accepted. Well, little we knew this would be held against us in every conversation. Every time she was able to, she threw that on our faces saying things like 'for the rate you're paying... xxx', or 'I had to decline other clients to take you on this rate....', etc. Please, don't offer rates you're not comfortable with, as it's very stressful for us to think that now you're unhappy and not looking after our dog properly.
- Again, in most texts she sent (and she sent loads), she said how bad my dog was. This is something a dog parent doesn't want to hear about, and in fact, it's incorrect. Theo has been with other trainers/sitters and nobody has ever complaint about him. He's just a young and energetic golden, and as someone who's experience with dogs, she should know better.
- There are other examples of things we didn't think were right during these 3 days, but I think you get the gist. We picked up Theo and took him to this sitter who's been raving about how wonderful he is to be around.

I would never use this person again. This was an awful experience and I'm glad it's over. More...
