Harry was prompt with responding to my ad, gave a quote from uploaded pictures, which I accepted straight away. Was having the grass removed and pebbles laid, so advised to keep in touch once that had been done. When contacted arranged for next day to clean patio and pathways which were filthy. Harry has done an amazing job, I couldn’t remember the colour of the paving slabs, so it was a nice surprise. Harry is courteous, professional and just a lovely person who I feel goes above and beyond. I know exactly who’ll be coming back when I need them done next autumn. Two extremely pleasant young men, polite, helpful, friendly and respectful. They arrived on time, cleaned a lot of sludge from my gutters, cleared blocked downpipes, cleaned the gutters and fascias, and repaired one joint.
I am very satisfied. For anyone who is wary of visiting tradespeople, and cowboys I would highly recommend these guys, simple things like standing back from the front door when they arrived and absolutely no attempt to upsell. I am extremely glad that I picked them to do the job, and wish them every success in growing their business.
