We had our patio done over 2 months ago now (sorry for late review ) by James & his team at SP Developments , and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

James and his team cleared everything, levelled the ground, and laid beautiful porcelain slabs. They also built a sofa with a planter on the backrest and an amazing outdoor kitchen.

The quality of their work is excellent, and everything was done on time. They were also extremely hardworking and polite.

We are so pleased with the new look of our garden that we have already recommended SP Developments to a friend who has booked in with them.

Sp developments installed a new indian sandstone patio on the 1st of May and I am over the moon with the outcome. Sp developments employees are very respectful professional men would have back again.

We have just had a patio installed by SP Developments under the supervision of James. Having undertaken research and had several quotes I went with SP Developments and they were not the cheapest by any means. The team were excellent starting promptly and keeping me fully informed during the works. The completed patio and footpath to the shed at the bottom of the garden (which was added part way during the works). What can I say. I could not fault James and his team. It’s hard finding a reliable and good builder who keeps to his promises. I spoke with James numerous times and he was always 100% honest. He gave me an amazing quote for my drive and garden. He even gave me direct supplier contacts so I could purchase materials at cost price.

Now the work itself. He managed to get my entire drive and revamped my entire garden in 2 weeks. They came super early & Never intruded and never caused any hassle or issues. The output was beyond what we wanted. Highest quality. Highest service and highest professionalism.

If you need any further proof of their work just come down to my road because he’s done 5-6 drives since doing mine

I used SP Developments to do the paving at my house. I have to honestly say hand on heart they did an amazing job. Delivered more than I expected. Came on time every day even kept my neighbours happy (very hard job). James (the boss) was very helpful as I didn’t have a drain on my driveway which was causing issues he got his team to install a new drain system in for me too.
All of his team were punctual l, respectful and honest.

Very Pleased with our new Driveway.

James came out initially to give us some ideas on how we can make the most of the front for additional space for our cars with still keeping some Beautiful shaped flower beds. We decided to go with Block Paving and we are absolutely delighted with the end result!

We received quotes from a number of companies and SPD came back with the most affordable quote. We also thought James was very professional and trustworthy so decided to go for them. They did a fantastic job on our driveway, James went through the process very clearly with us and was quick to respond to any questions. Very pleased with our new resin-bound driveway and the new drainage.

All of the guys had an amazing work-ethic and left no mess. The results were stunning at the end and reflect the skill of the entire team from receiving the initial assessment and quote through to the final job.

I could not have asked for anything better from the lads from start to finish of my job - from the initial groundwork’s and preparation of both front and rear of my property, an amazing group of lads paved edging stones and steps to create the borders and edges for a seconds set of lads to follow on afterwords installing the resin-bound insert finishing the job of amazingly - which was fascinating to watch - I would highly recommend Secure property developments to anyone I come across. Very good communication with James who promptly quoted, answered any queries. Located the exact gravel we required . Cleared drive and replaced with new gravel with minimal disturbance in 2 hours ! Would recommend
