I love solving problems and helping people feel safe in their homes and businesses. Every installation is different, and I enjoy finding the best smart, reliable solution for each client. The best part is seeing the final result and knowing I've made a real difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to build a company based on honesty, quality and customer care. I saw that many customers weren't getting the service and support they deserve, so I started SecNest to offer professional security and smart home solutions I would be happy to have in my own property.

Yes. I can provide remote support for system setup, camera configuration, remote access and troubleshooting. Many issues can be resolved online quickly, and if a visit is required, I will attend to resolve it on-site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow strict hygiene practices, including regular handwashing, using sanitiser, wearing a mask on-site if required and minimising contact. I also clean equipment and work areas and respect social distancing to keep you and your property safe.
