I contacted s.b.i when I was let down by another supplier of a glass room. They had taken my money and not completed the job. David came back to me very promptly, he understood the problem and arranged for a surveyor to come to my property. Following the visit I was supplied with a quote for the cost, supply and installation of glass to rectify the problem. All of the team could not have been more helpful. In the end having fought with the previous supplier for 2 years they completed the project. Although I cannot comment on the end product via sbi I would highly recommend the company for their professionalism , competitive quote and customer service. More...

Ever since we started our business over 8 years ago, we have used SBI for all of our fabric awnings and they have been perfect every time. We have rebranded twice, with new colour schemes, and the whole creative process has been so smooth and enjoyable. When we opened a second site, they were able to get the awning made and fitted quickly in time for opening day. They are so helpful and send a range of fabric and colours for us to work with, helping us to make the right decision. The finished look is always very professional and it really is the finishing touch that elevates our site to make it what it is. The team are also very understanding with regards to small business needs - both practically and financially, and help us to organise installation to fit around our quiet times to ensure minimal problems for customers and staff. If there’s any issues (lost remote, for example!!) they send a new one immediately. Pat Cunningham gave me complete confidence as soon as I spoke to him, and of the three organisations I contacted he was the only one that contacted mr within 24 hours. We organised a fitting date for when we got back from holiday. Gerard and Steve were with us the day after we got home at just after 9am and worked through until 4pm. The job they did was fantastic, they replaced the motor and the anemometer and fitted an infrared heater that I had bought to replace one that was no longer working. Our awning is 20 years plus old and having contacted several awning suppliers over the last five years they were only interested in selling us a new one. SBI Ltd are based in Croydon which is a hell of a long way from Manchester. Gerard and Steve drove up from Hertfordshire and they worked tirelessly to get the job done and tested everything before leaving. My neighbour thought we had a new canopy fitted. It has now completed an automatic opening and closing snd it now closes perfectly. I can fully recommend them and their company for an excellent job well done with no mess to clear up after they left. More...

SBI did an absolutely fabulous job on restoring our awning. So much so that our neighbour thought that we had bought a new one. They replaced the motor and the anemometer which we did not think was not working. They left once they had checked that everything was working as it should. We tried all the local people that offer maintenance but all they really wanted was to supply a new one of their own. Our awning is 20 years old and no works and looks like new. More...

From first contact SBi they were efficient, professional and communicative. It was easy to be able to order a carport, with good advice from the sales person. The site survey was really helpful and informative. We were kept informed of progress on a constant basis and when we had questions they were handled quickly and helpfully. A very professional / ethical service from start to finish. We contacted SBI looking to refurbish an existing awning. They very quickly advised this was feasible and there was no pushy sales patter or pressure to replace with a new one.
