We specialise in full house and probate clearances. We subtract the value of saleable items from the cost of removing the unsaleable.
We will ask the following questions when we speak on the phone. From this we can give you an idea of cost.
How many of the following items need clearing.
Fridges, white goods, double beds, single beds, mattresses, settee and arm chairs, large wooden furniture, sheds.
Are there items in the Loft, Garage, garden and Outbuildings.

How close can we park the van.
Is there a deadline.
Should you be uncomfortable showing a stranger around a loved ones home I can give you a quotation from photographs or video. I can also arrange to pick up a key from a neighbour, estate agent or Solicitor so you don't have to be there.
